Namaste !!I am Rajan Giri, from Chitwan, Nepal. I am married and have two kids. After I left the school, I joined a restaurant as a kitchen assistant, as I was interested in food & beverage sector. I got an opportunity to learn about tandoori and Indian curry there. Later on, after few years, I joined Sapana village lodge in 2006, continuing my interest in Indian items to be more specialized as tandoori & Indian curry cook. I got more experienced here to be expert in this field. I have been working here continuously since then. I enjoy my work here and am happy to be as a part of Sapana since long.
