Sapana village Reports:
This is to keep up-dating to all our respective guests. Who have visit our Sapana’s website, We love to inform all our guests about the present situation of the project and it's engagement in different social activities, this mail has been forwarded.
In the full- operation of Sapana Village, it has 24 rooms with private bathrooms and ha s capacity to accommodate about 50 guests at once. 20 native staffs are working under this project in various sectors, but work as a team that has brought the project on the very successful position.
38 Tharu women working for Tharu Dau Women Skills Development Project are earning for their families. They make local Handicrafts make by fabrics which have internal and external markets. Social activities are performed.
Along with the co-ordination of various projects like Sapana Village Development Centre, Nepal, Tharu Dau Women Skills Development Project, Sapana Village Lodge and respected European personalities, we have been served for the development of local people and communities.
Some Projects:
* clean drinking water system, toilets and hand-washing are provided to shree Chitrasari Secondary School.
* New roofs and toilets are given to Badrani Primary School.
* Toilets and hand-pumps are provided in Majhi Village near chitrasary.

Medical Camp conducted by MCC and SVDCN:
Free Medical Camps were set up from 1st November 2009 to 6th November and 1264 n o. of Children visited the Camps along with their parents. The program was conducted and helped by Medical Checks for Children (MCC) Netherlands and co-operated by Sapana village development center (SVDCN) www.sapanavillage.org
Education Development Projects:
Sapana School is our next target project, hopefully to run from May 2011 . With the slogan of "THEIR FUTURE IS OUR FUTURE" we are stepping ahead with the clear mission and vision of Sapana School which is going to build near by Sapana Village Lodge to provide the 21st Century education system to the Children.
September 10,2008:
Sapana Village: Recently, Sapana village family observed a lack of facilities to cross small river where rural people need a natural bamboo bridge to get river for washing clothes, swimming and fishing. That is also usable for the Sapana guests to get river for washing an elephant and others villagers to watch and enjoy the activities.
July 12, 2008:
Sapana village family start trend on organic agriculture, the purpose of this program is to show the example for society to prove, it is possible to grow nice food with out using chemical fertilizer.

Dutch actress “Katja Schuurman” from Holland visited Sapana lodge. She enjoyed her staying in our lodge for 4 nights and 5 days incluidng some elephant bath program.
Jan. 22, 2009:
Sapana village lodge family (staffs) clean whole Sauraha garbage (plastic, polluted rubbishes etc.) including locals community by exchanging ideas how to keep village clean and healthy after keeping garbage in proper place.
