Teaching children at Sapana’s own build school
As a part of the social impact program, Dhurba Giri, the owner of Sapana lodge has built a school for the local children. The children in Sauraha, Chitwan have limited access to schools, school supplies and good teachers. This is where you come in.
Activities:
- Teaching a class of about 35 children
- Providing children in need of a good education
- Helping the children feel more confident in their abilities
- Cooking with/for the children
- Spend time in one of the most beautiful national parks in the world
- Have a chance to walk with elephants/ see rhino’s and other beautiful animals
Take this opportunity to volunteer with children in need of education in the Sapana school. Meet new people, have fun and experience everything in beautiful nature.

Please let us know about your plan and the amount of days you want to stay. The volunteering project runs all year long. In the Summer (monsoon) time it can be quite hot, but you can enjoy the greenery, in the winter it can be quite cold but the views are amazing.
