The authorized members from the Department of Food Technology and Quality Control visited the kitchen of Sapana Village Lodge today to check the overall cleaning, hygiene, food safety, quality, packaging and freezing methods. We achieved 87 marks out of 100 and they rewarded us with 2 STAR. They also encouraged us to reach the highest level and achieve 3 Stars on their next visit.
